Tricksy USA specializes in the service and repair of all models of Direct Advantage printers. Our goal at Tricksy USA is to help you continue to excel with your Direct Advantage printer.
All Direct Advantage® printer repairs and services will be performed at Tricksy USA’s Charleston office. Our staff will quickly evaluate and efficiently repair any problem with your Direct Advantage® printer. We are stocked with all the spare parts and special repair tools necessary for the quickest service of your Direct Advantage® printer

Tricksy USA cannot stress enough the importance of preventive maintenance on all machinery. This is especially true for white-ink machines. For example, don’t forget that you must agitate the white ink cartridges every day or you will experience printing problems.
